Why can't a client book
The usual reasons, and how to fix each one.
If a client says they cannot book a time, it is almost always one of a few settings. Here is what to check.

- Opening hours. A client can only book when the location is open. Check your hours.
- Staff schedule. A time shows only when the right person is working. Check that team member's schedule.
- Notice period. Your booking policy may block last-minute slots. Check how much notice you require.
- Booking window. Clients cannot book further ahead than your policy allows.
- Time off or blocked time. A break or holiday on the calendar holds the slot.
- A service with no style. A service needs at least one style, because the style carries the price and the time.
