Billing

Billing is one screen where you manage your SalonGrid subscription: the plan you are on, the card you pay with, your billing details and your invoices.

Change your plan

Every salon starts on SalonGrid Free, with no card required. When you are ready for more, there is one paid plan: a flat base rate that covers your first team member, plus a small per-seat charge for every team member after that. There is no cap — add as many people as your salon needs.

1. Go to Settings and open Billing.
2. Choose to upgrade.
3. Confirm the change. It unlocks right away.

Update your payment method

Keeping a current card on file means your subscription keeps running without a hitch.

1. In Billing, open your payment method.
2. Enter your new card details.
3. Save your changes.

Add your billing details and tax ID

If your business needs its address and tax number on its invoices, add them here. SalonGrid then includes them on every invoice.

1. In Billing, open your billing address and tax ID.
2. Enter your billing address.
3. Choose your tax ID type for your country, then enter your Business Tax ID, like your VAT number.
4. Save your changes.

This is optional. Add it only if your business needs a tax number, like a VAT number, on its invoices.

Find your invoices

Your invoices live in Billing too, ready to download whenever you need them, for your records or your accountant.
