Billing
Your plan, payment method and invoices, all in one place
Billing is one screen where you manage your SalonGrid subscription: the plan you are on, the card you pay with, your billing details and your invoices.
In this article
- Change your plan
- Update your payment method
- Add your billing details and tax ID
- Find your invoices
Change your plan
As your salon grows, you can move to a plan with more room for your team. The change takes a moment and unlocks its features right away.
- Go to Settings and open Billing.
- Look through the plans and what each one includes.
- Choose the plan you want.
- Confirm the change.
Plans are sized by your active team: Solo fits one person, Team fits up to five, and Studio fits up to ten, with more added automatically as you grow past that. Solo and Team have a hard limit — reach it and you will need to upgrade to add another person. Studio has no limit: every active team member past the included ten adds a small per-seat charge instead of blocking you.
Shop Settings, the Waiting List and the Staff performance report need Team or up. The Executive summary report and a second location need Studio. Everything in Engage — Discounts, Promo Codes, Campaigns and Automations — is free on every plan, including your trial.
Update your payment method
Keeping a current card on file means your subscription keeps running without a hitch.
- In Billing, open your payment method.
- Enter your new card details.
- Save your changes.
Add your billing details and tax ID
If your business needs its address and tax number on its invoices, add them here. SalonGrid then includes them on every invoice.
- In Billing, open your billing address and tax ID.
- Enter your billing address.
- Choose your tax ID type for your country, then enter your Business Tax ID, like your VAT number.
- Save your changes.
Note: Add your tax ID early. It shows only on invoices created after you add it, not on invoices already issued. So set it up before you start trading, and your records stay clean from day one.
This is optional. Add it only if your business needs a tax number, like a VAT number, on its invoices.
Find your invoices
Your invoices live in Billing too, ready to download whenever you need them, for your records or your accountant.
