Deposit

A deposit asks a client to pay part of the price when they book, so a slot is held with real commitment. Deposits cut no-shows and protect your time.

Set up deposits

1. Go to Settings and open Deposits.
2. Turn on Enable Deposits.
3. Choose a deposit percentage or a fixed deposit amount.
4. Set a refund window, the time within which a client can cancel for a full refund.
5. Save your settings.

From now on, clients pay the deposit when they book online.
