Moving to SalonGrid does not mean starting over. You can bring your whole client list in at once from a spreadsheet.

Import your clients

1. Go to Clients.
2. Open the import.
3. Download the template. It is a spreadsheet with the right columns already set up.
4. Fill the template with your clients, one per row, then save it.
5. Upload the filled file.

Your clients are added, ready to book and to receive your reminders.

Note: Use the template as it comes, with its column headings left in place. That is how SalonGrid knows which detail is the name, the email and the phone.

Note: If the import spots a client who looks like one you already have, it helps you merge them, so you do not end up with duplicates.
