Daily summary

Every sale and cash movement for the day, in one list

The Daily Summary is your day's record. Every sale rung up in the register, every walk-in, and every cash pay-in or pay-out lands here, so you always have one place to check what happened before you close out.

What this shows you

The Daily Summary opens on today by default. Each row is one transaction — a register sale, a walk-in, or a cash pay-in/pay-out — newest first. Tap a row to open its receipt, refund it, or reassign it to a different team member.

What each column means

  • Created is the date and time the transaction happened.
  • Professional is the team member who rang it up.
  • Customer is who the sale was for, if a client was attached.
  • Description is what was sold or the reason for the cash movement.
  • Card Info is how it was paid — card, cash, gift card or split — with the last 4 digits for card payments.
  • Total Charge is the amount, net of any refund. Pay-outs show as a negative amount.

Daily totals

Tap Daily Totals to see the day rolled up: total sales, split by cash/card/gift card, total pay-ins, total pay-outs, total refunds, and net cash. This is the number you check against your drawer when you close out your day.

What you can do from here

  • Open a receipt for any sale.
  • Refund a sale.
  • Reassign a sale to the right team member.

Narrow it down

  • Filter by date range to look back at an earlier day or a longer period.
  • Use Export to CSV to keep a full record or share it with your accountant.
