Step 6: Clients

If you are transitioning to SalonGrid from another booking provider, you can easily bring your entire client list with you.

Tip: This step is entirely optional, so feel free to skip it if you are building a new client base from scratch.

To import your clients:

1. Download the provided CSV template, which contains the exact formatting columns you need.
2. Fill the template with your client data, including names, contact details, and personal notes.
3. Upload your completed file using the Upload CSV button.

If any information in your file does not match our system format, SalonGrid will flag the exact issue so you can correct it before the import finalizes.

When you are done, select Complete Onboarding.
